Gas Safety certificate is a document that confirms that inspection of all gas appliances is carried out in the property to make sure gas pipework, flues and each gas appliance are working properly, there is no danger and are checked during gas safety check by a gas safe registered engineer.

Who can issue me with a landlords gas safety certificate?
Landlords gas safety certificates can only be issued by a gas engineer registered with the Gas Safe Register. All our engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register.
What is the Gas Safe Register?
The Gas Safe Register superseded CORGI (Council for Registered Gas Installers) as the sole legally recognised gas safety register in the UK on 1st April 2009. Gas Certificates are valid for a year from the date they are issued. Once the appliances have been certified you will receive two copies of the Gas safety Certificate, one copy to keep for yourself and another copy for the tenant/agent.
